Puzzle Page Hints website exists because of one specific annoyance. Puzzle Page crams more than a dozen puzzles into a single daily issue: crossword, sudoku, and picture puzzles. All of it, in print and through the app
Most days you don't want all of it. You want the one you're stuck on. That's why we decided to launch a dedicated website.
The people running this site are Puzzle Page regulars themselves. They work through the crossword, the sudoku, whatever else shows up that day, and they know the feeling of scrolling past nine puzzles just to find the one answer they actually needed.
That's what pushed them to build Puzzle Page Hints. A place that gets you to the answer fast. You can get back to solving instead of searching.
A Reliable Source for Puzzle Page Lovers!
Solvers pick favorites. The crossword person isn't usually also grinding through Killer Sudoku, so instead of one long daily page that makes everyone scroll past puzzles they don't care about, each game here gets its own spot and its own archive.
There are two ways to browse. Recent days sit right on the homepage. If you finished yesterday's page and want to double-check an answer, it's right there, no digging required. Older stuff lives inside each game's own archive, sorted by year, month, and day.
A Collection of All Games
Not every puzzle runs every day. A typical issue has around nine of them, and the lineup shifts daily, so if the one you usually do is missing this morning, give it a few days.
The full set breaks into four groups: crossword and word puzzles (Crossword, Crossword Challenger, Crossword Diamond, Codeword, Cross Out, Word Slide, and Wordy, which is basically Puzzle Page's take on Wordle), word search puzzles (Word Search and Word Snake), number and logic puzzles (Sudoku, Killer Sudoku, Kakuro, Cross Sum, and Os and Xs), and picture puzzles (Picture Cross and Picture Path).
Finding your answer
It's not complicated. Find the puzzle's name and number on your page, click through to that game, then pick the date. What shows up depends on what you're solving: a clue list for crosswords and codewords, a filled-in grid for sudoku and kakuro, the finished image for the picture puzzles.
This site isn't trying to be more interesting than the puzzles themselves. It's just here so one bad clue doesn't wreck your whole morning. Get the answer, get back to it.
